The Production Farm
KIKA Flower Farm infrastructure will include season extension greenhouses, event capacity for 200, 4 acres of open field space, onsite processing and storage capabilities, integration of agrivoltaics and a water capture system.

The Rare Dahlia Project
KIKA is exploring relationships with a commercial nursery and an award winning dahlia hybridizer to bring stunning new varieties to market. Project includes tubber production of existing varieties and breeding new varieties exclusive to KIKA.
Peonies & Flowering Perennials
Once the forever property is acquired a significant investment in permanent flowers will be made the first year. These crops once established can produce for decades with minimal maintence.
